Shipping policy

We ship all items from our flagship store in Wichita, KS. All products are shipped out within two days of purchase. You can place an order and select shipping or select in store pick up. All orders will come with a tracking number and be accessible to track from the moment the tracking number is generated. You may add a note with your order upon check out. If your order is delayed we will be in touch and will remedy the situation in any way we can. We offer exchanges and returns by way of an exchange or in store credit. All skincare or perishable items must be returned unopened and may not be tampered with.

All orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex and/or UPS. Shipping cost is at the responsibility of the patron however we do extend free shipping for all orders exceeding $50 or more.
